Please request a quote for a ducted heat pump. We will do a site inspection to confirm that the heat pump is the correct size for the house, design the ducting and confirm the locations where the indoor and outdoor units will be installed. We will then email you pricing for the heat pump.
If our quote is accepted with the deposit paid by 30 November 2024 and booked for a January 2025 installation, we will apply a 5% discount to your quote. We need the quote accepted by the end of November to give us enough time to order & receive the heat pump and ducting along with the custom manufactured plenums (that connect the heat pump to the ducting).

The installation is carried out by our staff who are certified Mitsubishi heat pump installers.
We provide you with an Electrical Code of Compliance Certificate for the installation, which will be completed by one of our Registered Electricians after they have connected the heat pump to the switchboard.
The heat pump comes with a 5 year manufacturer's warranty and we will provide you with the product manuals that come with the heat pump.
Mitsubishi Electric ducted heat pumps are compatible with the Mitsubishi Wi-Fi Heat Pump Control.
