Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

At the Seller’s sole discretion, the Seller may elect to offer the Client a full refund after the Seller has completed a site inspection and determined that either:

(i) the heat pump model selected is not appropriate for the size of the room

(ii) an appropriate location for installation of the heat pump cannot be found

(iii) in the case of a non back to back installation, the Client does not accept the quote provided for additional installation costs.  In this case a full refund less an administration fee of $50 incl GST will be issued.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you an email if we have approved a refund for your order.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
